Design scheme：
The waste gas containing VOCs undergoes pre-treatment to remove large particles, and then enters a zeolite rotary concentration device. At this time, the VOCs components are adsorbed on the zeolite, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere. When the zeolite with adsorbed VOCs is rotated to the desorption zone, a small amount of hot air is used to analyze and regenerate the zeolite module. The low concentration waste gas is concentrated into high concentration waste gas, which is sent to the RTO furnace for incineration, generating CO2 and H2O, which are discharged into the atmosphere.
Acceptance status：
After third-party testing, the concentration of VOCs was 5.72mg/m 3， The removal efficiency is over 96%, far lower than the emission standard of the "Emission Control Standard for Volatile Organic Compounds in Industrial Enterprises" in Hebei Province.
